CENTURY 21 Roberts & Andrews was established as a new franchise in 2007, with offices that have been serving our customers throughout northwestern Chicagoland since 1975. We are proud of our 85+ dedicated sales professionals who have a sincere desire and commitment to providing ‘excellence in service’ to our clients and the communities we serve.

Consistently achieving the highest CENTURY 21 System awards, we have been recognized as a CENTURION® Office (1992-2006) for excellence in sales production. We have received Quality Service awards throughout the years, and received the President’s Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Award in both 2003 - 2006. Our associates include Double CENTURION, CENTURION and Masters award recipients. We are also proud to have several agents who have been with us at CENTURY 21 Roberts & Andrews for over 20 years, and many with 10+ years.

Our 5 offices are strategically located in McHenry, Crystal Lake, Fox Lake, Wauconda and Barrington. From these locations we are capable of serving some of the fastest growing areas in McHenry, Lake, Cook and Kane counties – part of the growing communities surrounding Chicagoland. We are also licensed and serve southeastern Wisconsin. In 2005 we sold listed and/or sold twice the properties in the McHenry area of any other office, according to data from the Multiple Listing Service of Illinois® (MLSNI). Our goal is to continue to expand on that success and grow our business throughout the region.

Part of our success comes from the strategic use of specialization. CENTURY 21 Roberts & Andrews has an independent commercial division with dedicated commercial professionals who work with all areas of commercial, industrial, and agricultural sales and leasing. We also have a Relocation Department that assists people moving into our area, as well as past clients who may be moving to other parts of the country. Other associates have specialized training in Vacation, Commercial and Fine Home & Estate properties. A very important component of our success is our in-house closing department that concentrates exclusively on the details of closing once the sale is made. This allows our agents to focus on their clients.
