Selling A Home

As of 2006, a National Association of REALTORS® survey found that 80% of consumers search online, significantly more than any other media format. Buyers are nearly 5 times more likely to find the home they purchase online, rather than in the newspaper*.

My goal is to market your property so that it sells quickly, and for the maximum possible price.  I will present your property to a broad range of prospective buyers, using both internet and traditional print venues.   I will use some or all of the following activities in promoting your property:

Take additional photos to enhance MLS listing and web presence
Input listing into Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Listing will be on Century21.com, RobertsAndAndrews.com and other websites within 48 hours of entry at our office
Order sign to be placed on property
Advertise in local newspaper, home magazines, etc. as appropriate
Create listing flyer and/or brochure
Send just listed postcards
Distribute property flyers or brochures to other realtors
Advertise in local newspaper
Broker’s tour/preview of listing
Pass out flyers to neighborhood for open house
Hold open house(s)

During the time your property is listed, we will talk periodically to:

Review pricing strategy
Collect showing agent business cards
Call showing agents for comments
Review showing agent comments with you
Review listing recommendations to enhance property
